Bunclody Golf & Fishing Club is situated in 300 acres of breathtaking parklands in the former Hall-Dare Estate on the Carlow/Wexford border.

Bunclody Golf Club is proving to be the premier golf course in Carlow and Wexford, drawing golf fans from all around the south east.

The luxurious locker rooms and sauna provide weary golfers with a place to relax and unwind prior to enjoying the magnificent scenery from their first class bar and restaurant.

Entry to The Golf Digest Open is €60 per visitor, €40 for members and is open to all golfers, even those without an official handicap. Only golfers with an official GUI or ILGU handicap can enter the main Category competitions.

The categories include handicap 0-12, 13-24 and ladies 0-36. There are THREE prizes in each category: 1st (Bushnell V5 Laser), 2nd (Bushnell GPS Wingman) and 3rd (Bushnell GPS Watch).

All golfers, including those without an official handicap, can win prizes on all FOUR Par 3 Nearest the Pin competitions and on the TWO Longest Drives competitions.

All Category winners on the day go through to the Golf Digest Open Grand Final at the Heritage Golf Resort and the winner will be crowned the Golf Digest Open Champion Golfer 2020.

Due to COVID-19 there will be no goodie bags or prize giving. However, there will still be FREE drinks at the reception, the 9th Hole and one the first tee. As usual, there is also a FREE delicious burger after nine holes...yum.
