Leona Maguire recovered from an early double-bogey to shoot a third round of three-under 69 and move into double digits after 54 holes at the Honda LPGA Thailand.
The Cavan native is perched inside the top-30 on eleven-under and is a distant ten strokes adrift of Solheim Cup teammate Nanna Koerstz Madsen.
After opening her third round with a birdie, Maguire fell over-par for the day after a double-bogey six on the third hole.
The 27-year-old recovered well with a birdie on the 6th to level matters on the scorecard as she turned in level-par 36 in the warm and sticky conditions.
The world number nineteen opened her back nine with two birdies in three holes before posting her fifth birdie of the day on the par-4 15th hole before giving it back on the 17th.
The Slieve Russell ambassador finished with a flourish as she birdied the last to share 26th.
At the time she was just seven strokes behind Koerstz Madsen before play was suspended for a threat of lightning but the Dane tagged on three birdies to reach twenty-one-under and she will take a one stroke lead over Xiyu Lin and Celine Boutier.
